Jonathan Young’s focus as Vice President is project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales with an emphasis on the Rockwall area and eastern DFW market as a whole. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with David English and the Ridge Pointe team to hone his skills and develop experience in every aspect of commercial real estate.

Jonathan holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a respected credential in commercial real estate that reflects advanced expertise in financial analysis, market analysis, investment strategy, and transaction structuring. This designation underscores his commitment to providing clients with disciplined, data-driven guidance across acquisition, disposition, leasing, and investment advisory assignments.

By combining practical brokerage experience with the analytical framework required of CCIM professionals, Jonathan is well-positioned to help clients evaluate opportunities, mitigate risk, and make informed real estate decisions. “It is imperative to get to know every client and fully understand their unique situation. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. On the weekends, you’ll find him at the ranch on a hunt or on a local golf course with clients and friends alike.
