Associate – Development

Bart has been in the Real Estate Industry for 23 years. He got his start in the industry as a Real Estate Appraiser in 2000 after graduating college. Bart founded DFW Appraisals in 2003 and grew it to one of the largest appraisal firms in DFW before selling the firm in 2015. Bart became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas in 2008. He founded Gardner Construction in 2006 and currently has a commercial division, as well as a Luxury Home division. Bart has a BBA in Business Marketing from Sam Houston State University. He currently lives in Rockwall with his wife Stacy and two kids.

PRINCIPAL TRANSACTIONS: Bart recently completed phases I & II of their 72,000 sf industrial development in Royse City. He also personally owns other Commercial Real Estate holdings in the DFW area. Gardner Construction currently has over 200,000 sf of commercial projects under construction.
