Brooks joined Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in 2024, specializing in retail and industrial tenant representation. His unique background in metal trades, restaurants, hospitality,  and logistics gives him a deep, insider’s understanding of these industries, enhancing his ability to advocate for clients effectively. Raised in a small town in the Texas Panhandle, Brooks embodies the values of community, hard work, and dedication—traits that, combined with his competitive spirit, make him a formidable ally for tenants. 

He holds active real estate licenses in both Arizona and Texas. When he’s not working, Brooks enjoys coaching his two sons in baseball, playing golf, or relaxing on a boat or at the beach.
