Principal

David specializes in the sale of income property, commercial land, project leasing and tenant representation. With 37 years of experience, David has been involved in all phases of the commercial real estate business.

Along with being voted “Best New Retail Development in DFW” for his work with the Bass Pro Shop development in Garland, TX, David has played a fundamental role in assembling valuable tracts of land for retail development on behalf of Costco, Rockwall Independent School District, Direct Development, and Briarwood Capital among many others. The Rockwall Costco and Garland Bass Pro Shop developments continue to be two of the top sales tax generators in the area.

David’s core belief and reason for starting Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in 2012 was to bring experienced and professional commercial real estate services to communities outside of Dallas. “We feel there is a tremendous need for quality, community-based service aimed at areas often overlooked by urban-based firms. We view authentic customer service as a daily commitment and don’t believe it can be handled effectively from an hour away or by a local novice with little to no experience in CRE.”

David holds a Bachelor of Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from Texas Tech University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Texas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is annually recognized as a Power Broker by D CEO magazine.
