JEFF GRINNAN

Principal

Jeff has been the President and property manager of The Mangrin Corporation from 1984 to present.  The Mangrin Corporation was established in Dallas in 1954 to acquire, develop, lease and manage commercial real estate for a family trust and to provide detailed reports and communications.  Consisting of retail, office, industrial and mini-storage units, the portfolio totals 200,000+ square feet and 12 properties. 

Through the years, Jeff has performed every complex management function imaginable including ground up development, adaptive re-use development, façade renovations, interior finish-out, roofing replacement, foundation repair, fire restoration, asbestos abatement and rezoning issues.

In addition to Jeff’s extensive background in management and architecture, his foundation is based in strong customer service.  He believes the best path to success is to put the client’s needs and interests first.  “We listen to our clients and respond with custom solutions that have been developed from years of experience in the business.  We treat every property like it was our own.”
