Vice President

Jonathan joined Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in July of 2021 after interning earlier that spring. Over the past four years, he has worked closely with David English and the Ridge Pointe team to hone his skills and develop experience in every aspect of commercial real estate.

Jonathan’s focus as Vice President is project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales with an emphasis on medical, retail, and office real estate. Since a young age, Jonathan has been exposed to the medical industry. His grandfather, John Young, operated a dental clinic in Brenham for over four decades and his father operated a successful medical practice in Rockwall for more than 30 years. “It is imperative to get to know every client and fully understand their unique situation. Doing so allows me to be as helpful as possible and cater to their individual needs.”

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. On the weekends, you’ll find him out at the ranch on a hunt or on a local golf course with clients and friends alike.
