Director of Operations

Kathy has done it all as it relates to helping run and operate companies in the real estate industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate.  During the last 23+ years, Kathy worked extensively with law firms, title companies, public companies and most recently, with Beltway Commercial Real Estate. During her 7 year tenure Kathy served as Director of Administration, Lease Administrator, Human Resources Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO. 

Kathy specializes in streamlining operational efficiencies from an administrative and customer service perspective that includes tenant relations, collections, reporting and client services.  “My goal is to provide our clients with a more personal, intuitive and efficient service than they would otherwise find in today’s marketplace.”
