 Melanie joined Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in April 2025, bringing a client-focused approach to commercial real estate. With a commitment to integrity and excellence, she guides clients through their real estate goals with professionalism and care.

A Baylor University graduate with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Melanie also holds a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Texas at Dallas. After practicing as a licensed speech therapist, she transitioned to real estate, leveraging her strong communication skills and dedication to service.

Melanie resides in Heath with her husband, Nick, and their three children. Active in the local community and at Ridgeview Church, she is passionate about building relationships and serving clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Melanie’s approachable style and attention to detail make her a trusted partner for commercial real estate needs in Rockwall and beyond.
