NICHOLAS GRINNAN

Construction/Property Manager

Nicholas joined the Ridge Pointe team in 2024 after spending 13 years in the construction industry as a Project Manager and Project Executive. A native of Rockwall, Nicholas has deep ties to the area and a love for the people of Rockwall County. He is a graduate of Rockwall High School and an Eagle Scout from Troop 314. The Construction Science degree he received from Texas A&M helped set him on the path to success in the world of building structures and management.

Through the course of his career, he has successfully executed projects totaling more than a billion dollars of work in place for his clients which include light industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, municipal, institutional, and commercial disciplines. He has a true passion for extraordinary customer service and always doing the right thing.

While Nicholas was instrumental in building the operations team of a rapidly growing construction firm in Dallas, he chose to come home to be closer to family and do business in his community. Joining the team at Ridge Pointe, located in the heart of one of Nicholas’ first projects – the revitalization of downtown Rockwall, feels like destiny coming full circle for him.

As an avid sportsman & family man, Nicholas enjoys splitting his time between hunting, shooting, archery, fitness, travel, live music, and spending time with his two young children & wife, Jenna.
