Tai Ngoc is a bilingual, first-generation Vietnamese American who joined Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in 2022. Since then, he has sharpened his craft under the tutelage of David English with a concentration in the Garland sub-market.  

Tai’s focus has been on land sales, project leasing, and tenant representation with an emphasis on restaurants. With more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, genuine hospitality and customer care is naturally a top priority. Tai is local to Rockwall and Garland, which enables him to give clients solid, local insight.
